amazing hotel experience

great staff delicious food

i found the staff, including abdur, to be excellent. the accommodation provided proved very comfortable and the food tasted delicious. i noted superb attention to detail, including welcome drinks upon arrival. a surprise hamper was also delivered to my room, along with a stocking hanging on my door.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic stay!

fun night great band dancing crowd nice stay

The ABBA tribute night with my friends was an ABSOLUTE blast! The band was AMAZING and had everyone singing along immediately. The food was REALLY good, too. It didn't take long before everyone was dancing. Glow sticks. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. The staff were really good too.

The elevator only went to the third floor, and my room was accessible via two flights of stairs, unexpected.

The breakfast had lots of options and good quality ingredients, so I enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal. The bar food was tasty and well-prepared.

The staff were VERY friendly and professional. They recommended great local spots to visit. Any request that I had was promptly resolved with a smile and genuine care. I felt VERY welcome .

convenient location friendly staff worn furniture crowded breakfast

the hotel's location was convenient. it was close to the train station and within walking distance of many attractions (i didn't need to take public transportation). the staff were generally friendly and helpful. i encountered no issues.

the room i stayed in showed some wear and tear. some of the furniture had visible scratches and could use an upgrade. the breakfast buffet was crowded on the day of my departure (a saturday morning). there were long queues to get a table.
